01 — Who we are

A circle, not a crowd

The Photo Collectors Circle is a private, invitation-only community for photography collectors and enthusiasts from around the world. Open exclusively to collectors (no artists, gallery owners, or dealers), the PCC brings together aficionados who share a deep commitment to photography, creating a space for meaningful dialogue, lasting connections, and collective experiences.

Photography in focus

Through curated events, trips, and intimate gatherings, members exchange knowledge and perspective, building relationships rooted in a common love of the medium.

  • Private Events — Exclusive gatherings and in-depth discussions with fellow collectors
  • Exclusive Trips — An annual trip to visit exceptional collections, hidden treasures or museum archives, hosted each year in a different city
  • Circle Conversations — A trusted circle for consulting, collection management, and potential collaborations

03 — OUR PROGRAM

Extending the frame

Beyond regular gatherings, the PCC runs a set of flagship programs that reflect our commitment to photography as a field:

  • Recurring Members' Exhibitions — A regular exhibition format presenting works from members' private collections. Each edition explores a different theme, curated by an external curator selected through an open call among members.
  • Biennial International Symposium — Every two years, members come together to discuss and critically examine the current state of photography as a field.
  • Educational Fund — A portion of the membership fees supports educational initiatives for a new generation of collectors, including partnerships with schools & universities.
